1. Service Provision

1. The Operator provides functionality to generate barcodes/QR codes from user-entered data.
2. The Operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service, with prior notice if necessary.

2. User Obligations

1. Users must comply with laws, these Terms, and service guidelines.
2. Users may not use the Service to infringe on others' rights or for illegal purposes.
3. Users should refrain from placing excessive load on the Service (such as automated bulk requests).

3. Intellectual Property

1. Rights to content provided by the Operator (logos, designs, documents, etc.) belong to the Operator.
2. Users are responsible for data they input (text/numbers) and results generated from it.

4. Disclaimer

1. The Operator is not liable for service unavailability due to force majeure (natural disasters, system failures, network issues).
2. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or rights of data entered by users.
3. The Operator is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from Service use (to the extent permitted by law).

5. Advertising

The Operator may display ads (such as Google AdSense) to operate the Service. Ad display methods may change according to operational policy.

6. Changes to Terms

The Operator may change these Terms within legal limits and will notify users through in-service announcements.
